The Preliminary Findings
A questionnaire will be given to all participants prior to the workshop. This will be completed by all participants and the results will provide an inventory of existing manager recognition practices and current recognition behaviours of managers. This is critical to ensuring the workshop content and delivery fills the gaps and addresses their perceptions.

To understand one’s own personality and others around us that we interact with raises the effectiveness of employee recognition and the level of effectively working together.
The educational workshop will allow participants to discover the different personality styles, how they interact, how each type delivers recognition and how each type receives recognition.
